Stock up, stock down following New York Jets’ win over the Jaguars

The New York Jets continued their 2024 NFL season with a 32-25 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars in NFL Week 15 action.

In any outing, it was a team effort as a whole. Individually, certain players stand out for better or for worse. That was the case at EverBank Stadium on Sunday.

With that, here is Jets Wire’s stock report following the Jets’ (4-10) win over the Jaguars (3-11):

Stock up: WR Davante Adams

Adams had his first massive game since being traded to New York down in Jacksonville. Adams surpassed the 100-touchdown plateau for his career with his first of two scores. In addition, most of his production came in the critical, late stages of the contest and he still managed to put up nine catches and 198 yards.

Stock up: QB Aaron Rodgers

Like Adams, Rodgers thrived. It was a showcase of the dynamic duo these two were back when they were teammates on the Green Bay Packers. While Rodgers was only 16-for-30 passing, he still , mustered up 289 yards and three touchdowns passes.

Stock down: WR Allen Lazard

Speaking of former Packers thriving, Lazard was not part of that grouping. He did not haul in any of his four targets and drops were an issue for him against the Jaguars.

Stock down: OL Joe Tippmann

While Rodgers did compliment the play of his offensive line, Tippmann did not have his best game in Jacksonville. Pro Football Focus‘ metrics had Tippmann graded out as a 56.8 overall against the Jaguars, a below average mark, and the center had a costly penalty when the Jets were looking to go for it on a fourth down.

Stock up: S Jalen Mills

Imagn

Mills had the Jets’ first interception in a really long time when he hauled in a misplaced pass from Jaguars quarterback Mac Jones in the first half. Unfortunately, Mills was forced to leave the game because of a chest injury.

Stock down: DE Haason Reddick

While the Jets had two sacks on Jones, the Jags QB was not hit any other time during the entire contest… and Jones had 46 pass attempts. Of the D-line bunch for New York, Reddick’s display was knocked the most by PFF. Reddick earned a brutal 34.5 mark.

Stock down: DT Quinnen Williams

USAT

Equally as poor was Williams….
