The Indianapolis Colts have ruled out cornerback Tre Flowers for the remainder of their Week 16 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Flowers exited due to a shoulder injury and the Colts made this announcement with just a few minutes left in the second quarter.

Flowers was elevated from the practice squad to the gameday roster for this game. This was his first appearance with the Colts this season.
The addition of Flowers to the gameday roster bolstered the Colts’ boundary cornerback depth for this game and also gave them some additional help on special teams. According to PFF, Flowers hadn’t played any defensive snaps in this game, so he suffered the injury while on special teams.
Flowers is an experienced NFL player, appearing in 94 regular season games in his career. Most recently, he played 200 snaps in 2023 with Atlanta, allowing 10 receptions on 14 targets at 17.7 yards per catch with a pass breakup.
On teams, Flowers had played 1,250 snaps in his seven career before Sunday’s game.
