Week 18 Injury Report: Seahawks at Rams

Friday Injury Report

The Seahawks have ruled out two players and listed one as questionable for Sunday’s season finale at the L.A. Rams. Right tackle Abraham Lucas and cornerback Josh Jobe have been ruled out as they were unable to practice all week due to injuries. Lucas has been dealing with an abdomen injury this week and will miss his tenth game of the season. He missed the first nine games of the season with a knee injury.

Josh Jobe is the only other player that has been ruled out for Sunday as he is still trying to recover from a knee injury that he suffered in last week’s win at the Bears. He was forced to exit the game and was unable to return.

Rookie first round pick Byron Murphy II is the only other player with a game status designation as he is questionable with a back injury. Murphy began the week as a limited participant and was forced to sit out practice on Thursday but was able to return in a limited capacity on Friday.

Quarterback Geno Smith was limited in Friday’s practice with a right bicep injury but was not given a game status designation so he will start on Sunday.

The Rams have ruled out tackle Rob Havenstein for Week 18 as he was unable to practice this week due to a shoulder injury. In addition to the one player ruled out, the team listed a number of starters on the offensive side of the ball as doubtful with an NIR-coach’s decision designation. Quarterback Matthew Stafford, running back Kyren Williams, wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua along with a couple of starters on the offensive line are doubtful for Sunday vs. the Seahawks.
