Jabril Cox | Arlington Renegades
General Manager Rick Mueller has quietly made some impressive offseason additions to this Renegades roster. The latest of those is LB Jabril Cox, formerly of the Dallas Cowboys.
Cox began his college career at North Dakota State, spending three seasons there. Across that span, he posted a ridiculous 258 tackles, six interceptions, and 14 sacks. From there, Jabril decided to transfer to LSU for his final year of eligibility, totaling 58 tackles, three interceptions, and a sack as a senior.

This led to Jabril being selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. While he went into Dallas with high hopes and expectations, Cox didn’t exactly produce the way that some thought he would. In 26 games, he compiled 10 tackles, with a career high three tackles in a 40-3 win over the Minnesota Vikings in 2022.
Jabril Cox was let go by the Cowboys in 2023, and was picked up by the Washington Commanders. He also recently spent time with the Minnesota Vikings in Training Camp. Now, he’s set to join this Renegades squad for the 2025 UFL season, one that just got quite a bit better defensively with Jabril’s presence.
Mike Rose | St. Louis Battlehawks
Some big news for Donnie Abraham’s defense in St. Louis: Mike Rose is back. Rose spent the 2023 XFL season with St. Louis, but didn’t get to play in every game due to injuries. Still, he went to the NFL after the year was over, spending some time with the Miami Dolphins.
