COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri redshirt freshman kicker Blake Craig earned a spot on The Associated Press All-Bowl Team, the organization announced.

Craig made the game-tying 51-yard field goal with 10:10 left and the go-ahead, 56-yarder with 4:36 remaining to help No. 19 Missouri edge Iowa, 27-24, in the TransPerfect Music City Bowl on December 30. Both of his fourth-quarter conversions broke Music City Bowl records, and his 56-yarder tied a career-high. He finished the contest with nine points from two field goals and three PAT conversions.

Craig became the first freshman in program history and the 13th overall to eclipse the century mark in season points (108). Additionally, he posted six makes from 50-plus yards this season to tie with Tom Whelihan for the second-most conversions from 50-plus yards in program history, as the pair trailed only Harrison Mevis‘ program record of 12. The Kansas City native also made 24 field goals in 2024, extending his MU freshman record, and tying Tucker McCann (2018) and Mevis (2023) for second in school history for a single season.
