11 potential replacements for the Bucs after Liam Coen departs

The Bucs are on the wrong end of history as they are the first team to lose coordinators at the same position in back-to-back offseasons since the Ravens in 2013-2014. One of those coordinators went on to win a Super Bowl so perhaps Liam Coen or Dave Canalas can complete that common goal.

The more pressing issue, and one the Bucs care about, is simple: who can replace Liam Coen and lead this offense?

The offense saw record improvements in 2024. Baker Mayfield had a career year, Bucky Irving was one of the best rookies in the NFL, and Mike Evans found success once again. This offense is returning a lot of key pieces. Finding a coordinator will be easy, but who would be the right fit?
