PITTSBURGH— The University of Pittsburgh has signed sixth-year offensive lineman Jeffrey Persi to its football program, Coach Pat Narduzzi announced today.
Persi spent the first five seasons (2020-24) of his collegiate career at Michigan, earning three letters and playing in 41 games (three starts at left tackle). He was part of a Joe Moore Award-winning offensive line in 2022 and played in all 15 games for the Wolverines in 2023 when they won the national championship.
The Mission Viejo, Calif. native is 6-8, 310 pounds and a graduate of JSerra Catholic. Persi is Pitt’s 13th transfer student-athlete to be added to its spring roster.
