It sounds like the New York Jets and Aaron Rodgers situation is going to roll on for a bit longer.
ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter mostly dished his personal thoughts on the ongoing saga between the player and team. Regarding updates, there were any huge ones, as he made it sound like the two sides still need to have a face-to-face conversation.
So far, all we’ve heard from new head coach Aaron Glenn is that he spoke to Rodgers via text message since being hired.
As for Schefter’s feelings, he’s not taking a return to New York off the table for Rodgers.
