Browns announce girls high school flag football Spring 2025 programming and CB Greg Newsome II as first program ambassador


BEREA, Ohio – The Cleveland Browns announced today the slate of programming for the upcoming Spring 2025 Girls High School Flag Football season, presented by Gatorade and in association with Bridgestone, including Browns CB Greg Newsome II as the program’s first-ever ambassador. Registration for the Spring 2025 Girls High School Flag Football season is currently open and will close on February 14, anyone interested in starting a team is encouraged to visit clevelandbrowns.com/girlsflag for more information.

The regular season is set to begin on March 28 with 54 high schools being divided into two divisions, Brown and Orange. The teams will participate in 12 regular season games to be ranked and compete in the Playoffs, May 2 and 4 at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus. The top 10 teams from each division will be invited to compete in the Browns Championship Tournament on May 12 at Huntington Bank Field with the winner facing off against the Cincinnati Bengals Champion in the State Championship Game on May 16.
