Duro Ajayi & Will Clarke Sign UFL Contracts

XFL UNHINGED | Week 2 "The Return of Landry"

On Monday, the UFL saw a few transactions take place. Those included EDGE Will Clarke re-signing with the Arlington Renegades, while OT Duro Ajayi signed with the Michigan Panthers.

OT Duro Ajayi | Michigan Panthers

Duro Ajayi is an intriguing young prospect who joins Michigan’s O-Line ahead of the upcoming UFL season. Ajayi played all of his college ball at The College of New Jersey, where he worked his way into a starting role during his final couple of seasons.

Ajayi started in every game at left tackle as a junior, earning second-team All-NJAC honors in 2021. Due to COVID getting in the way of the 2020 campaign, Duro was able to play for another two years. In 2022, Ajayi was named to the All-NJAC First-Team. He continued to see success in 2023, starting at left tackle in 2023, and once again earning All-NJAC First-Team honors.

This earned Duro an opportunity with the New York Giants, attending their rookie mini-camp this past spring. After remaining a free agent for the past several months, Duro Ajayi now takes his talents to the UFL, signing with the Michigan Panthers.

EDGE Will Clarke | Arlington Renegades

While he’s getting up there in age at 33, Will Clarke is still producing for the Arlington Renegades. He’s been a key piece to Jay Hayes’ defense the past couple of years, and now returns for a third stint with Arlington.
