Introducing Christian Lewis, our LUX Sales Manager!
Tell us a little bit about what you do at the Chargers.
I am currently a LUX Sales Manager selling all suite products for the LA Chargers with a strong focus on annual leases. I spend most of my time prospecting new clients and holding client appointments to add a variety of companies and high net worth individuals into our LUX program.
My career as a Sports Executive started in Inside Sales for the LA Clippers in 2006. After a decade with the team and holding a few different positions within the organization, I took a Premium Sales role with Legends selling premium club seats and suites for the LA Rams on the ‘LA Sports and Entertainment District’ project, which would become SoFi Stadium. As a top performer, I had the privilege of being the only Sales Manager to sell both the Rams and the Chargers on that project. I was then promoted to the LUX sales team with the Chargers and shifted my focus to annual leases.
Dead or alive, which important figures in Black History would you want to have dinner with?
Jackie Robinson. Having played baseball at UCLA at Jackie Robinson Stadium, I have learned firsthand the tremendous impact he had on not only sports, but this country.
Tell us about a person who has inspired you and/or impacted your career today.
There is not just one person. My family has always supported me, but I do enjoy networking and learning from other NFL league executives. Gaining mentors has transformed my thought process and how I do business. I would encourage anyone who wants to work in sports to have a mentor that can guide them in their career pursuits.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
