Four Tigers Set for NFL Combine

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Former University of Missouri football players Luther Burden III, Brady Cook, Armand Membou and Theo Wease Jr. will represent the Tigers program this weekend at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The event, which will gather more than 600 NFL personnel, including head coaches, general managers, scouts and medical staff representing all 32 teams, begins Thursday and extends through Sunday. The player’s schedule includes interviews with teams, psychological and medical testing and measurements before going through on-field workouts.

Live television coverage will be provided by NFL Network and NFL+ beginning Thursday at 2 p.m. CT and lasts until Sunday at 4 p.m. CT.

Burden III, a two-time First Team All-SEC selection, recorded a team-high 61 receptions for 676 yards (11.08) with six touchdowns in 2024. The St. Louis product ranked third in the SEC in receptions per game (5.08) and receptions (61) as well as 10th in total offense average per play (1.06) last season. He also climbed to No. 4 on the Tigers’ all-time receptions list (192), tied for fifth in receiving touchdowns (21) and sixth in receiving yards (2,263). Burden III concluded his career registering a reception in 34 consecutive contests to hold the 15th longest season streak nationally and the second longest in program history.

Cook, a 6-2, 212-pound St. Louis native, registered 201-of-321 (.626) passing attempts for 2,535 yards with 11 touchdowns and 87 rushes for 223 yards and five scores during his final season. He concluded his career with a 26-13 all-time record as the Tigers’ starting…
