Lester Erb has a rich history in the football scene, at the professional and collegiate levels. He spent a couple of years in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens, as an offensive quality control coach from 1997-1998.
Since then, he’s primarily been in college football. He’s had stints with the following colleges, as a RB/WR’s coach:
– Iowa (2000-2012)
– Nevada (2013-2016)
– Rutgers (2017-2019)
Most recently, Erb has been serving at LSU as a senior special teams analyst for the Tigers. He’s got a plethora of experience coaching in college style offenses, which means he should fit right into Skip Holtz’ schemes.
