On Monday, we saw a few UFL transactions go down surrounding offensive linemen. The Birmingham Stallions, Arlington Renegades, and DC Defenders all signed an offensive lineman, boosting the trenches with camp fully in operation.

C Briason Mays | Arlington Renegades
This signing is a bit of a βfull circleβ moment here in camp. Mays was originally a UFL College Draft pick by the Renegades, but he ended up having his rights rescinded, so he could sign with San Antonio. Over the weekend, San Antonio released him, and now he ends up in Arlington after all β just as originally planned.

Briason played his college football at West Virginia for a couple of years, starting in 11 of 15 games played there. Mays is someone whoβs got plenty of experience at multiple positions, switching between tackle and center for WVU.
He transferred to Southern Miss in 2021, which continued the same trend. Briason primarily played center, but also would appear as a starting tackle in a game at times. With the Golden Eagles, Mays started in 25 of 33 games played. Mays had an NFL opportunity with the 49ers last summer, and now is looking to get his pro career off the ground in the UFL.
OG Grant Miller | Birmingham Stallions
The Birmingham Stallions continue to load up on NFL-caliber talent. They just signed OG Grant Miller, who brings a couple of years of NFL experience to the table, with the Los Angeles Rams.
