Broncos expect to host fans at training camp as construction continues at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit


PALM BEACH, Fla. — As construction continues on the new Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit, the Broncos expect to still welcome a number of fans for training camp in 2025.

Owner & CEO Greg Penner said the team will likely be able to accommodate nearly 1,000 fans, though the specific details of the plan are still being finalized.

“We’re coming up with a good plan,” Penner said Monday at the NFL Annual Meeting. “We want to be in our facility for training camp given [that] it’s a great place. Teams actually like coming to us for joint practices. It’s not going to be perfect this year. We’ll probably come up with something where we could accommodate 800-900 fans in some temporary bleachers. We’ll have it open. I don’t know the exact number, but we’ll have a number of practices that are open to fans, and we’ll accommodate them. We really want to make that happen. Again, the intent is for this to only be one training camp where it really affects us.”

The Broncos are in the midst of building a state-of-the-art training facility that will maximize the size of player-used spaces. The three-story building project is scheduled to be completed ahead of the 2026 season and will represent a significant increase in the size of the facility.

“I think we have a plan for managing the construction,” President Damani Leech said. “So we’re working through with [Senior Vice President of Operations] Chip [Conway], who manages our facilities, and [Senior Vice President of Construction] Amy [Dee] who’s managing the construction. We have a plan for it, we have a layout for it. I think the people movement will be something that we spend a lot of time and energy on. Our fans coming to the facility, our player families, wives and kids coming to the facility, our partners coming to the facility, how they get in and get out. Not from a safety standpoint — I think we have that under control — but it’s just new. It’s a different path…
