The Jacksonville Jaguars made a significant change to their starting secondary in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans, appearing to bench multi-year starting safety Andre Cisco.
Cisco, who had started 45 consecutive games in which he was available dating back to his rookie season in 2021, did not take the field on Jacksonville’s first or second defensive series against Tennessee on Sunday.
Antonio Johnson started in Cisco’s place at safety against the Titans, opposite Darnell Savage Jr. Cisco rotated into the game on Tennessee’s third offensive drive, alongside Savage.
Cisco broke up a fourth-down pass from Titans quarterback Will Levis to tight end Nick Vannett in the end zone to conclude his first drive of action.
