On Friday, we saw two more players sign contracts for the 2025 UFL season. The Birmingham Stallions re-signed OT Christian DiLauro, while the Arlington Renegades added DE Durrell Johnson to their defense.

OT Christian DiLauro | Birmingham Stallions

DiLauro was an offseason addition for Birmingham this year, and earned a starting role for Skip Holtz and this offense right away. He started in eight of nine games he played in, and didn’t allow a single sack. Christian did struggle with penalties, though, with eight on the season.
With DiLauro returning to the roster, it’s a welcomed sight, as Zack Johnson – the All-UFL Guard, has made his way to the NFL with the 49ers. Birmingham has brought back quite a few of their offensive linemen, while signing some free agents as well.

The Renegades continue to add new pieces to their defense for 2025. It was a unit that saw some struggles in 2024, and GM Rick Mueller is doing what he can to get things headed in a different direction for next season.
