Finding a new backup quarterback was a priority for the Los Angeles Rams this offseason and they didn’t waste much time signing a veteran. According to NFL Network, they’ve agreed to a one-year deal with Jimmy Garoppolo, who spent last year with the Raiders in Vegas.
The former 49ers quarterback returns to the NFC West for one season, joining the Rams to back up Matthew Stafford.
