The Tennessee Titans officially began organized team activities on Monday, but Day 2 on Tuesday was the first session that was open to the media, giving us an inside look into the team’s practice. Also, the Titans made head coach Brian Callahan and players available to the media.
Organized team activities (OTAs) are the start of Phase Three of the offseason program, which lasts four weeks. The Titans will hold a total of 10 sessions of OTAs, and sandwiched in between is mandatory minicamp, which runs from June 4-6.
The full schedule for OTAs is as follows: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31, June 10-13
There were a handful of notable players who did not take part in practice on Tuesday, and Callahan revealed a few of those players were working through injury, although he didn’t go into specifics.
We cover that and much more with our roundup of videos, quotes and more from the second session of OTAs.
