Collins isn’t a free agent yet, but he is on the market, as the Cowboys have granted him permission to seek a trade. Collins started 27 games in his first two seasons but has dealt with injuries and suspensions (substance abuse) the past two years. He’s a hulking presence at 6-foot-4, 320 pounds and started his career at guard, but was considered a first-round talent coming out of the draft and lived up to it early, which earned him a five-year, $50 million contract in 2019.
