Tee Higgins injury info, rehab timeline detailed

Details about the shoulder injury to Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins have finally emerged.

Higgins has popped up a few times on social media since the Super Bowl with his arm in a sling. It was simple to speculate that he finally had surgery on the injury he suffered in September, but nothing concrete went out to the public.

But Tuesday during Reds Opening Day when Joe Burrow and others made appearances, Higgins again showed up with his arm in a sling.

Shortly after, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero confirmed that Higgins had his labrum repaired and he’s expected to be ready before training camp begins in the summer.

In other words, it’s a routine ordeal for Higgins, who had 74 catches for 1,091 yards and six touchdowns last year while playing alongside Ja’Marr Chase.

Barring a new development, Bengals fans can breathe easy about any further similar appearances from Higgins.
