4-star WR Rico Flores further narrows down top schools

Wide receiver recruit Rico Flores has reduced his top five schools to a list of only three schools. The four-star class of 2023 receiver plans to commit to play college football at one lucky school on July 3.

Rico Flores plays high school football for Folsom High School in Folsom, California.

Flores is ranked as the No. 193 recruit in the class of 2023 and the No. 26 wide receiver. He’s rated as the No. 13 prospect in California.

Georgia’s class of 2023 currently has commitments from a pair of tight ends and one wide receiver, Raymond Cottrell. The Bulldogs are still on the hunt to add a few more receivers in the class of 2023. Could Flores commit to the Dawgs?

Rico Flores has removed UCLA and Texas from his top schools. The Bruins and Longhorns were previously in Flores’ top five. It is looking like Flores will be the latest talented recruit to leave California for his college football career.

Ohio State’s recent spree of production top NFL draft talent at wide receiver has to have impressed Rico Flores. The four-star Folsom wide receiver visited the Buckeyes on April 8.

Top School: Georgia Bulldogs

The Georgia Bulldogs are among Flores’ top three schools. Flores visited Georgia on May 5. Georgia wide receivers coach Bryan McClendon is recruiting Flores.

Top School: Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Rico Flores has a visit with Notre Dame set for June 9-12. Flores considers Notre Dame to be one of his top three schools.
