Soon after the Buffalo Bills selected Kaiir Elam at the 2022 NFL draft, word his work ethic started to surface.
He brought a huge binder filled with notes he took during his college career with him when he met the Bills during the pre-draft process.
Elam is still displaying that at the team’s training camp this summer. Elam has also has either rubbed off on some fellow rookie cornerbacks or they’ve got those same traits, too.
Elam, along with sixth-round pick Christian Benford and undrafted signee Ja’Marcus Ingram all stayed after Wednesday’s practice and kept on working. They did so for more than 30 minutes.
Sean McDermott and Buffalo’s coaching staff will love that type of commitment.
