The Minnesota Vikings added Blake Proehl to the active roster on Monday after two weeks of his practice window had expired. On Tuesday, the Vikings did the same thing as they did with linebacker Ryan Connelly by waiving Proehl and making two other roster moves.

– Released S Mike Brown from the practice squad
– Signed S Myles Dorn to the practice squad

The Vikings also waived Dorn on Monday. The move was expected with the addition of Theo Jackson last week as the Vikings were likely not going to carry five safeties long-term. Adding Dorn back to the practice squad made sense as the Vikings do like him and what he brings to the table.
Brown was added to the practice squad when Dorn was signed to the active roster. His departure makes sense.
The Vikings currently sit at 52 rostered NFL players. What does that mean for the Vikings? Could this mean they are in the market for Odell Beckham Jr.? He hinted on Twitter on Tuesday that something might be imminent regarding his status.
Oh yea and 👀

The Vikings do have a significant LSU contingent with Justin Jefferson, Patrick Peterson and Ed Ingram. Pair that with the Vikings being 5-1 and they could become a real contender for his services at the right price.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell did work with him in Los Angeles last season after all.
