Bears open as underdogs vs. Packers in Week 13

Bears open as 2.5-point home favorites vs. Texans in Week 3

The Chicago Bears (3-9) will battle the Green Bay Packers (4-8) on Sunday, where Chicago is looking to break a five-game losing streak.

With the Bears coming off a blowout loss to the New York Jets and the fact that they haven’t beaten the Packers since 2018, it’s not exactly a surprise to see oddsmakers leaning in Green Bay’s favor (even as they sit at eight losses).

The Bears have opened as 3-point home underdogs against the Packers in Week 13, according to Tipico Sportsbook. The over/under is set at 42.5.

All eyes will be on the quarterback situation for both teams. For Chicago, Justin Fields is dealing with a separated left shoulder that held him out of last Sunday’s game. If the Bears decide to rest him, Trevor Siemian will get his second straight start. For Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers is dealing with a rib injury suffered in Sunday’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. If he can’t go, it’ll be Jordan Love getting his first start of the season.

This is the 10th time this season that Chicago are underdogs (previously against the San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons and New York Jets). They were favored in Week 3 against the Houston Texans, Week 6 against the Commanders and Week 10 against the Lions.
