NFL #ProDucks: Divisional Round – University of Oregon Athletics

NFL: NFC Divisional Round-New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles

The Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs has wrapped, and the weekend was highlighted by Deommodore Lenoir. Lenoir had another impressive outing in the 49ers’ 19-12 win over Dallas, grabbing his third career interception and second in as many weeks to help San Francisco advance to the NFC Championship.
 
Heading into the Conference Championship matchups, the Oregon Football program has four #ProDucks under contract with three different organizations, including Lenoir and Arik Armstead on San Francisco’s active roster.

 Kansas City Chiefs (15-3)

  • S Ugochukwa Amadi is currently on the Chiefs’ practice squad. The Chiefs will host the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Championship on Sunday afternoon.

 
  New York Giants (10-8-1)

  • OLB Kayvon Thibodeaux recorded eight tackles (four solo) in the Giants’ 38-7 loss to the Eagles. Thibodeaux finished his rookie season with 34 solo tackles, which was tied for 13th in the league. He also had four sacks and two forced fumbles on the season and earned an overall-season grade of 71.9 from Pro Football Focus. Thibodeaux’s impressive campaign landed him on the 2022 PFWA All-Rookie Team. 
  • OL Shane Lemieux is on the Giants’ Reserve/Injured list. Lemieux played 39 snaps at left guard this season.    
  • DL Henry Mondeaux did not record any stats against the Eagles. He ends the year with 9 total tackles, the highest single season amount of his career.

 
Philadelphia Eagles (15-3)

  • WR Devon Allen is currently on the Eagles’ practice squad. The Eagles will play the Giants in the NFC Championship Sunday at noon.  

 
San Francisco 49ers (15-4)

  • DE Arik Armstead had three tackles (one solo) in the 49ers 19-12 win over the Cowboys.
  • CB Deommodore Lenoir finished with five tackles (four solo) and an interception against the Cowboys. Lenoir has recorded interceptions in back-to-back weeks for the first time in his career. The 49ers will head to Philadelphia for a matchup against the Eagles in the NFC Championship on Sunday.
