After firing Joe Lombardi as offensive coordinator, the Chargers found his replacement on Monday.
Los Angeles agreed to terms with former Cowboys OC Kellen Moore to oversee the offense. The decision to hire Moore came not even 24 hours after he and Dallas agreed to mutually part ways.
The Chargers had spent the past couple of weeks interviewing candidates, but they felt that Moore was their top choice, as they had requested to interview him even before leaving the Cowboys.
Here is a look at how Twitter reacted to L.A. adding Moore to the staff.
The way Kellen Moore used Zeke and Pollard this past season in Dallas was impressive — something the Chargers will need to complement Herbert’s arm.

Kellen Moore had people on this app questioning if Cooper Rush should be the long term starter for the Cowboys instead of Dak Prescott. The dude is absolutely a top notch offensive coordinator. This is an A+ hire from Brandon Staley and company.

I like the Kellen Moore signing for the Chargers. Still have to watch, but someone who got the absolute most out of Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush.
Experienced play-caller and the Cowboys have been good in the Red Zone and in the third quarter. An upgrade for Justin Herbert.

Holy crap.#Chargers QB Justin Herbert already has a copy of Kellen Moore’s book, “The Art of Moore.”
A huge h/t to @fordmeridian, who had this story months ago, even before legends @RapSheet and
