Mic’d Up: Dwight Galt – Virginia Tech Athletics

Go behind the scenes of what Hunger Drills is like for Virginia Tech’s football team, as senior director of strength & conditioning Dwight Galt IV is mic’d up during the Hokies’ winter conditioning program.

Galt can be seen leading the team through the workout, which focuses on competition and stamina, including tug of war, pulling weighted sleds and more.

Tech’s spring game, presented by PMSI, will be on Saturday, April 15 at 3 p.m. ET on ACC Network Extra.
