Dabo Swinney and the Tigers held their annual Orange and White Spring Game Saturday, with nearly 50,000 fans going to Death Valley to watch the team back in action.
It was a solid day all around as the Tigers showed us some good and some bad, which is expected when entering a spring game. For the first time, we looked at some new Tigers in a Clemson uniform, with multiple freshmen making an impact Saturday, including highly touted freshman Peter Woods.
Another freshman, safety Khalil Barnes, was the star of the day, having a 22-yard interception return for a touchdown with 1:36 left in the fourth quarter to give the White team a 20-13 win over the Orange.
Here is a look at how Twitter reacted to Clemson’s spring game.
First of all I want to say thank you to the 50,000 + Clemson fans who attended our spring game today. I love each and everyone of you! And congrats to Coach CJ Spiller-Swinney. You won the game fair and square! @CJSPILLER

Biggest takeaway from the Clemson spring game through the first 20 minutes — middle of the field is being used a lot.
