The Philadelphia Stars have been beefing up their backfield this USFL offseason. Kennedy Brooks has officially signed to the team, just weeks after free agent RB Seth Rowland joined the Stars.

Kennedy Brooks is an extremely talented back out of Oklahoma. Through three seasons with the team, he posted 3,316 rushing yards, alongside 31 touchdowns.

During his senior campaign, Brooks registered 1,297 rushing yards and 13 scores – averaging 6.3 YPC. His speed and elusiveness make him into a quality playmaker who can provide Philadelphia with game changing attributes.
One of his career highlights came in a game against Texas, where he walked it off in the final seconds with an explosive touchdown run.

Kennedy Brooks is no stranger to the city of Philadelphia. He spent the last two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL, but was ultimately released by the team this past August.
Now, Brooks is set to continue his professional career in the USFL, with the Philadelphia Stars.
