CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia announced today (Jan. 29) the Cavalier football program will host its annual Spring Game on Saturday, April 20 at Scott Stadium. Admission to the event will be free and open to the public. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. Broadcast information will be released by the Atlantic Coast Conference at a later date.
Counting the spring game, the Cavaliers will have 15 total practices. The first practice is set to begin on Tuesday, March 19.
Virginia will open its 2023 season on Saturday, Aug. 31 against Richmond at Scott Stadium. Game times for the first three weeks of the season will be announced by the ACC in the future.

Fans interested in purchasing season tickets can place a $50 per seat deposit on uvatix.com to receive priority access to seat locations. Season tickets start at $135 and fans have the option to sign up for a six-month interest free installment plan.
Current season ticket members will receive an email later this week with renewal information.
