Ohio State offensive tackle commit bumped up to five star on Rivals

Multiple Ohio State commits to square off in Friday’s state title game

Rivals, one of the best college football recruiting resources in the business, is releasing an update to its 2025 class rankings. That rollout began on Monday with the release of its 18 five-star prospects.

Three Ohio State commits were named five-stars. Cornerback Devin Sanchez was the fifth ranked player in the class and cornerback Na’eem Offord was the 10th. The 12th-ranked player in the class and new five star in the Rivals rankings is Carter Lowe, who committed to the Buckeyes in January.

It was a big jump for Lowe, who attends Whitaker High School in Toledo. Ohio. Rival’s national recruiting director Adam Gorney raved about Lowe’s “phenomenal mix of athleticism and power to make it all happen in Columbus.”
