The 2021-2022 Georgia Bulldogs might be a sore subject for Michigan fans after an all-time whooping in the college football playoff, but the Wolverines have a chance to get a small taste of revenge in the draft. The same 2022 Bulldogs roster that took the field in Miami went on to set the NFL record for most selections in a single draft (15), and Michigan is looking to snatch that record. The Wolverines already set the record for the most NFL combine invitations in an offseason and the draft selection title looks to be all but guaranteed.
The only question is, how many Wolverines actually hear their names called? My shortlist, in order of most to least likely is: J.J. McCarthy, Mike Sainristil, Roman Wilson, Kris Jenkins, Junior Colson, Zak Zinter, Blake Corum, AJ Barner, Mike Barrett, Cornelius Johnson, Braiden McGregor, Trevor Keegan, Jaylen Harrell, LaDarius Henderson, Drake Nugent, Trente Jones, Karsen Barnhart, Josh Wallace and James Turner. I predict Michigan will set the record with 17 selections.
