Home in November
After jetting around the country in the first half of the season, the Bolts will be home for three consecutive home games in November.
The Chargers host the Titans (Week 10), Bengals (Week 11) and Ravens (Week 12 on MNF) for three home games in a three-week stretch.
This will mark the first time the Bolts have had three straight home games since the 2017 season.
The Bolts and Titans will meet for the third straight year before the Chargers see two of the NFL’s best quarterbacks in back-to-back weeks with Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson.
Arrowhead’s bright lights
The Bolts third primetime game of the season comes on the road in Week 14 against the Chiefs.
All eyes will be on this Sunday Night Football matchup between division foes.
The storylines will be aplenty, too, whether it’s Harbaugh vs. Andy Reid, another edition of Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes or the always fun battle between Derwin James, Jr. and Travis Kelce.
This AFC West tilt comes in early December and could potentially be for first place in the division depending on where the standings sit with a month to go.
A look at the QBs
The Chargers will play a mix of both elite and young quarterbacks throughout the 2024 season.
On one hand, Week 11 to Week 14 could be the toughest stretch of the year.
Burrow and Jackson will come to SoFi Stadium before the Bolts hit the road to face Kirk Cousins and Mahomes in back-to-back weeks.
But there could also be a chance for Jesse Minter’s defense to rattle young quarterbacks, too, as the Bolts could play as many as seven total games against first or second-year quarterbacks.
Some of those position battles have to play out, but the Chargers could see Aidan O’Connell twice with the Raiders and rookie Bo Nix in two games against Denver.
