Stat projections for the Steelers top 2024 rookies

It was another big NFL draft for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2024. For the second straight year, Pittsburgh has brought in a powerhouse draft class with several guys poised to play prominent roles in their first season.

The draft started off very strong with former Washington offensive tackle Troy Fautanu. The Steelers hope Fautanu can eventually supplant Dan Moore Jr. on the depth chart, start at right tackle and allow Broderick Jones to move to the left side.

Pittsburgh also drafted their new starting center, Zach Frazier in the second round. Frazier is a smart, powerful player who uses his wrestling background to his benefit. The Third round brought two playmakers in wide receiver Roman Wilson and linebacker Payton Wilson. We expect both to work their way into roles at some point in the season.

Here are our predictions for each of the Steelers rookies.
