It’s very early in camp and the Rams are taking it slow with White, but videos shared by the team can give us some insight into the rotation in the secondary. Yeast and Durant both ran with the first-team in practice, an encouraging sign for both players. Even if Durant’s playing time was due to White’s absence on some plays, Durant appears to be the next-man up ahead of Derion Kendrick and others.
Yeast seemed to be on the field next to Kamren Curl as a starting safety, with Quentin Lake also getting first-team reps in the slot. Yeast is battling John Johnson III, Kamren Kinchens and even Jason Taylor II for the second starting safety spot.
