Rams’ 8 biggest roster questions entering final week of preseason

There’s a lot of versatility in the Rams secondary this year, which gives the team options when it comes to roster cuts. One option is going light at cornerback and heavier at safety, knowing that two of those safeties can actually play slot corner.

For example, they could keep only four cornerbacks (Williams, White, Durant, Jacobs) and five safeties (Curl, Johnson, Lake, Yeast, Kinchens) with the idea that Lake and Yeast are really nickel corners.

If they don’t want to keep Yeast, who has gotten opportunities in the preseason unlike Curl, Johnson and Lake, maybe the Rams keep Tre Tomlinson or and undrafted rookie such as Josh Wallace or Charles Woods.
