The University of Wisconsin football program has a rich history of academic success. Obtaining a world-class education has been a key factor in the student-athlete experience, helping Badger athletes develop and succeed both in their athletic career, and beyond. This fall, 17 Badgers completed their degree requirements to earn their University of Wisconsin-Madison diplomas.

Graduates were recognized at Wisconsin Athletics’ graduation reception last Friday at Camp Randall Stadium. More than 60 Wisconsin December graduates were honored.
Earlier this fall, Wisconsin football had a total of 45 student-athletes named to the Big Ten’s All-Academic Team. Wisconsin also earned the AFCA’s Academic Achievement Award after posting a 91% graduation success rate in 2024, matching the program’s highest mark ever.
