Steelers LB Patrick Queen
On returning to Baltimore:
“I’m probably going to get a lot of [curses] and boos and stuff, but at the end of the day, I wouldn’t want any other way. That’s football. That’s competition. That’s a high level of competitiveness, so I’m all for it.”
On if it feels different facing the Ravens a second time:
“I’m over it. It’s a new team, we clinched a playoff spot, and there’s bigger things to look at down the road. Right now, this is a big game, a division game. It’s a chance to get T-shirts and hats, so I’m all for it. I’m all for the rivalry and all that but I’m over the whole ‘my old team’ stuff.”
On if Jackson picks up steam over the last month of the season:
“Anytime he can make a play, he’s going to try to make that play. I don’t think he tries to hold anything back. Especially in the end of the season, everything’s on the line at that point, there’s not holding back from him. You definitely see that now, him lowering his shoulder, him stiff arming the guy out of bounds, which was crazy. Just him pushing the ball downfield, there’s just a whole lot more plays he’s trying to make. … I think he’s always been dangerous; the most dangerous guy in the NFL.”
On watching film of Jackson and thinking how he makes some of these plays:
“He’s a great player. The best in the world, honestly, at what he does.”
