Although the sacks have not come at the same frequency, Houston has been on par with its season-long pressure. In 60 dropbacks against the Chiefs and Ravens, Houston tallied 24 pressures, a 40% pressure rate, which would be first in the NFL.
Still, sacks have been hard to come by, and the Texans’ defense lives on creating negative plays. Without them, the unit is much more middle of the pack. Luckily, Tennessee is a great matchup for any pass rush looking to rack up sacks.
Levis, as he showed in Week 12, invites sacks because he often creates pressure himself with poor pocket management. Rudolph has experienced more pressure, with a 41.4% pressure rate, compared to Levis at 40.1%. However, Rudolph has been able to avoid sacks at a higher rate.
