Paris Musketeers Add Jack Del Rio As New Head Coach

The European League of Football continues to see incredible growth from season to season. In their latest newsbreak, the Paris Musketeers have hired long-time NFL coach, Jack Del Rio, to serve as their next Head Coach heading into the 2025 ELF season.

This is one of the biggest moves that the ELF has made yet. They’ve attracted some serious talent already, with names such as Jim Tomsula and Joe Thomas having been involved in the league the last couple of years.

However, this might be the largest of them all so far. Jack Del Rio has had an incredibly long history of coaching in the NFL, having been a Head Coach with the Jaguars and Raiders; alongside plenty of other gigs at various positions.

The Paris Musketeers are not messing around this upcoming season. They’re a very hungry franchise, coming off a successful 10-2 campaign which featured a playoff run. Paris was coached by Marc Mattioli the past two years, who decided to step down to pursue some opportunities back in the United States following the season’s end.

Now, Jack Del Rio takes over as Paris heads towards its third season as a franchise. It’ll be intriguing to see how the roster structure unfolds during the rest of this offseason. Paris featured Zach Edwards at quarterback in 2024, who had an outstanding year leading the Musketeers to 10 wins, and showcasing his dual threat capabilities all season long.
