Renegades Sign Tyler Vaughns, Blake Larson, Mark Evans

The Arlington Renegades made three offensive additions on Tuesday. WR Tyler Vaughns has re-signed, while offensive linemen Blake Larson and Mark Evans have made their way to the fold ahead of the 2025 UFL season.

WR Tyler Vaughns

Just a day after re-signing Luis Perez, the Arlington Renegades have gotten their top target from 2024 back. Tyler Vaughns has officially returned, which is excellent news for this Renegades roster.

Vaughns has spent the last two seasons in Arlington, seeing a larger role from year to year. In the XFL, Tyler recorded 302 receiving yards and a touchdown – and also added 112 yards and a score in the postseason as they won the Championship that year.

In the UFL, Vaughns was sensational. He totaled 503 receiving yards and three touchdowns, showing out as a top target in Chuck Long’s offense all year. Tyler was targeted 71 times in 2024, up from 47 targets the year prior.

Vaughns is a taller receiver who’s got tremendous route running abilities. He was cooking DB’s all season long – most notably in week three, against DC. Anthoula Kelly had zero answers for Tyler, who recorded 109 yards and a score in that game.
