Steelers continue to tumble in latest NFL power rankings

This has been one of the busiest offseasons of all time for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Even with the loss of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh has gone to great lengths to improve multiple positional units on both sides of the ball.

However, many teams in the NFL have made big moves and instead of being a season to rebuild it has become more like playing a game of catchup. USA Today has put out new NFL power rankings after the first big wave of free agency and despite the improvements Pittsburgh has made, they find themselves falling from No. 16 all the way down to No. 22.
