We explore what Jordan Addison would mean for USC if he comes here

Jordan Addison story becomes explosive for USC and Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh transfer Jordan Addison hasn’t yet made up his mind. The elite receiver has entered the portal but has not made a commitment to a particular school. His 2022 playing destination is not yet known.

While we wait for that decision to be made, we will speculate on how Addison could help the USC offense. It’s a natural topic to explore in the meantime.

Addison is fast, skilled, very adept at getting open, and hard for defenses to deal with in open space. One could simply say, “He’s really good.” The Trojans already have Mario Williams as a high-end wide receiver. If Addison does come to USC, he will be the other main starting receiver on the other side of the field opposite Williams.

We’re not counting our chickens before they hatch. Addison appears to be keeping his options open instead of making an immediate commitment to USC. Yet, with this jump ball currently in the air, why not explore what Addison’s presence might mean if the Trojans are lucky enough to grab him in the portal?

We discussed this and related questions with Mark Rogers on his USC YouTube channel at The Voice of College Football:
