When it comes to the Auburn Tigers, the team is led by one of the best running backs in the SEC. Tank Bigsby didn’t have a monster year in 2021 but he did pass the 1,000-yard mark with 10 touchdowns.
Heading into his junior season, Auburn will be asking a lot of Bigsby. He leads a group that includes standout sophomore Jarquez Hunter. Both will likely see the field plenty. However, if Bigsby starts off hot then it will only help the Tigers weather the storm. The schedule is going to an uphill climb and if their top running back is leading the charge, they stand a pretty good chance.
Looking forward to the 2022 college football season, Gators Wire ranked Bigsby among the top players in the SEC. He is the high-rated running back edging out Chris Rodriquez, who checked in at No. 12.

Because of Auburn’s collapse at the end of last season, it felt like Bigsby didn’t do much. But he rushed for over 1,000 yards and had 244 touches for the season. Love him as a player and I’m sure Bryan Harsin does as well.
