DURHAM – Kansas City Chiefs tight end Noah Gray and New York Jets long snapper Thomas Hennessy highlighted the eight former Blue Devils that appeared in the ninth week of play in the National Football League.

On Sunday evening in Kansas City, Gray hauled in three catches for 45 yards in the Chiefs 20-17, overtime victory against the Tennessee Titans. The former Blue Devils’ night was highlighted by a 27-yard juggling catch on third-and-inches in overtime to set up the game winning field goal.

In East Rutherford, Hennessy was a perfect 4-of-4 on field goals and PAT snaps, helping propel the Jets to a 20-17 victory over the AFC East leading Buffalo Bills. Offensive guard Laken Tomlinson and cornerback Michael Carter II also saw action for the Jets with Tomlinson starting the game and being on the field for all 60 offensive snaps.

Despite the loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday, Indianapolis Colts running back Deon Jackson added to the Colts offensive presence, finishing with 11 rushes for 23 yards and two receptions for 13 yards.
