The Houston Texans are clearly in the back of the back as the NFL season reaches the top of the home stretch. What other teams are in a position for a high draft pick? After Week 13, here’s the current draft order, per Tankathon.com.
15. Detroit Lions (5-7, strength of schedule: .555)
Don’t look now but the Lions may play themselves out of the Tanking Rankings.
14. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-7, strength of schedule: .539)
The Steelers are making progress and could also find themselves out of the rankings in a few weeks.
13. Houston Texans via Cleveland Browns (5-7, strength of schedule: .512)
The Texans lose and lose by having Cleveland beat them. Sometimes, everything is ugly.
12. Las Vegas Raiders (5-7, strength of schedule: .437)
The Raiders are shaping up. They looked good on defense and have punch on offense. A couple more wins and they will slide out of the Tanking Rankings as well.
11. Green Bay Packers (5-8, strength of schedule: .565)
The Bears are the team that will keep the Packers from a higher pick. Every year they are good to give Green Bay a pair of victories.
10. Atlanta Falcons (5-8, strength of schedule: .445)
