New York Giants coach Brian Daboll has epic Super Bowl LVII plans

On Thursday night at the NFL Honors Award Show, New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll capped off his first year by taking home 2022 AP Coach of the Year honors.

With a bow now put on the 2022 season, what’s next for Daboll? Well, it turns out he has some big Super Bowl LVII plans.

“I’m gonna sit back, eat a tray full of nachos, drink a six-pack, and then I’ll start my diet,” Daboll said. “I’m just gonna watch it as a fan.”

Daboll is all of us. And his Super Bowl plans will only further endear him to Giants Nation and fans all across the country.

“It’s exciting. He’s just like a big kid,” safety Julian Love said of Daboll this week. “He brought energy to the building, the staff, coaches, the players — everyone was juiced up and ready to go all season long. And on the field he just let players be themselves. I think he let personalities shine through the play and as a first-year head coach, that’s tough to do.”

Coach of the Year was well-deserved. A nice break with beer and nachos is also well-deserved.
