Combined Big 12 football predictions have Texas as the 2023 favorite

There’s strength in numbers. That phrase is true in multiple facets of life, but certainly in forming informed opinions in college football.

The more we see publications predict the Texas Longhorns as a Big 12 title favorite prior to April’s spring game, the more confident we become in our gut instincts on the team.

In recent weeks we’ve shared conference standings predictions from Athlon Sports and Kevin Flaherty of 247Sports. Both publications ranked Texas at the top of their predictions.

Longhorns Wire released its own standings prediction placing Steve Sarkisian’s squad in high regard as well. While rankings and records will fluctuate and we’ll have more publications to add to this combined ranking, let’s set out to build a stronger grasp on where each team stands in our first combined standings prediction.
