Former Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie is signing with the New York Giants. McKenzie will be 29 as he enters his eighth season in the NFL.

McKenzie, who was a fifth-round pick in the 2017 NFL draft, played with the Indianapolis Colts in 2023. Last year, the former Georgia standout recorded 11 catches for 82 receiving yards and three carries for 14 rushing yards. McKenzie has also played for the Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos in his NFL career.

The Giants are signing McKenzie as a depth piece at wide receiver and as a return specialist. McKenzie finished the 2023 season with 23 punt returns for 204 yards and six kickoff returns for 152 return yards. McKenzie has one career NFL punt return for a touchdown.

In Buffalo, Isaiah McKenzie played under current New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll for several seasons. The duo are reunited for the 2024 NFL season.

Isaiah McKenzie had a career-best 42 catches for 423 yards and four touchdowns with Buffalo in 2022. McKenzie joins former Bulldogs D’Andre Swift, Charlie Woerner and Leonard Floyd in finding new NFL homes via free agency.
